13.01.2022 Hi! I'm Heidi, animal lover and veterinary nurse for the past 15 years. Some of you may have met me when I worked in practices in Sandy Bay, Bellerive and New Town. I started The Merry Menagerie in 2008 because I found it difficult to leave my own 'children' in boarding facilities. I feel privileged to be able to spend my time caring for your precious pets.... My own Merry Menagerie includes three cats, five chickens, four guinea fowl and a black cockatoo! When your pets join The Merry Menagerie, they can enjoy the following: * Care by a qualified and experienced veterinary nurse and 'mother' of many furred and feathered children. * Dog walking, if required. * A fresh, clean environment. * Basic grooming. * Medications administered and special diets fed with confidence. * Plants watered, mail collected, rubbish bins put out, etc. * Peace of mind! Your pets are in great hands, in their own home and somebody is keeping an eye on things. For all new clients, I will come to your home prior to doing the pet sit so that we can all meet one another and I can familiarise myself with your pets' routine/s.
