25.01.2022 Today's New Moon is from the astrological sign of Scorpio, the secretive, slinky sign that enjoys its privacy more than most. For a lunar sign that already rewards those who embrace the peace and quiet of a darkened, seemingly moonless night, this month’s new moon will be particularly fruitful for those of us who are willing to sit with ourselves and our thoughts and, simply, see what comes to the surface. I like to write down my Intentions - things that I want to bring into my awareness this month and I will put my new crystals out to be charged by the power of the New Moon. I know this retrograde has been a hard one for a lot of us and things may have been tougher than normal. We can now move forward full of renewed energy especially coming into the Super New Moon on Sunday. I have bells hanging on both our front and kitchen doors and a beautiful set gifted to me hangs by our patio door for our doors I love peppermint and tea tree.

08.01.2022 Some positive posts for myself today.....because it is my page and I guess that is ok. I hope that if you are going through some heavy stuff that you remember you are never truly alone as someone somewhere is walking that same path, this notion that we have to hide the ugly and raw side of life away does no-one any good. Life isn't always rainbows and fairy tales and sometimes we have to walk through the storm to truly appreciate the times in our lives that we do find ourselves under that beautiful rainbow.

07.01.2022 October has 2 full moons, the next one is especially powerful being that it falls on the witches New Year of Samhain/Halloween, but all cycles of the moon hold their own power and this one is about healing. A full moon is a time to pull weeds, a time to release the things that no longer serve us. As the moon brims with the sun’s energy, we offer her the things we would like her to take with her as she starts to wane over the next 14 to 15 days, emptying out back toward a new... moon. A ritual created using our own intuition is always the most powerful, and once we become more in tune with the rhythm of waxing and waning energy, that intuition will grow. I always hand-write my letters as I find putting things down on paper or speaking them out loud gives them power. I also use Palo Santo or Sage but I prefer Palo Santo and as with the New Moon be concise it what it is I am asking for help with. Also don't forget to put out those beautiful crystals so that they take on the power of the Moon and become recharged particularly if you are using them all the time.

07.01.2022 Friday the 13th is not an unlucky day. Friday the 13th is the day of the Goddess and is a beautiful day for creating and celebrating life. It is a beautiful day for getting in tune with your emotions and sensitivities and giving thanks to the beautiful Goddess that lives in us all, yes we all have feminine and masculine energy within us and today we celebrate that softer side of us.

05.01.2022 Have you been feeling restless, full of pent-up energy, about ready to burst, well we can blame it on the moon. Today we have a new moon and a solar eclipse. Eclipses always have a way of urging us toward change, and this one is especially powerful, the event is called a ring of fire eclipse, because the moon's distance from the sun means it won't completely block out the sun's rays, but instead, we'll see a fiery halo in the sky. Change isn’t always comfortable, but it is healthy. Ditch the familiar, stay grounded in your truth, and make room in your head and your heart for a new way of being. Set some new intentions to help you move forward - think of intentions like New Years resolutions except that you get to readjust and or reset them every month.

01.01.2022 Loving someone with a mental illness is one of the hardest things I have had to do - not because I don't love them or that I feel resentful of them, it is the worst pain knowing they are suffering and there is nothing you can do to fix them as it is their journey. Holding them and holding their hand just never seems enough...Mental Health here in Australia really needs a huge overhaul and much much more funding. I love you and want nothing but the darkness to go and for you to find that love inside again - baby steps - back to basics - natural therapies coupled with medication - we can do this
