19.01.2022 The third book in the series was meant to be the first book originally. But, I felt that my characters were flat and cliched so I wrote a backstory, over one million words! I cut this down and down then had 250k words but cut it down further until I had two books at about 90k. This third book is possibly the most exciting and readable of the three so far, so I aim at making the fourth book even more so. Currently, it is FREE reading on Inkitt.... 07.01.2022 I have updated my blurb for my book, a little more in line with what I see on other books' back cover, successful other books. Here is what I have! I welcome any comments! John and Lois have only died once before, and they will die again before they can marry. Clara has died many times, but she is a God, and only her mortal state died. Karla Amelia has died nine times and is now a ghost, attached to John. Lois has a Crow that sends her indecipherable messages in her sleep, an...d both John and Lois are tortured by the Nightmare Owl. If they can overcome these little problems, then perhaps they can stop the Rat God and a few other Gods and Eternals, hell-bent on exterminating humans. Premise. In their human States, the Eternal Gods helped humans develop, and in their human forms, they guided them into civilization. But, eternity is a long time, and for an Eternal God, boredom is the enemy. The Gods discovered that humans were wonderful in creating art, music, and pleasures. They also discovered that humans like games. The Gods used humans and entire tribes then countries for war and empire-building. But now, Humans have forgotten the true Gods, and human technology has reached a level where humans can destroy the Gods’ human states. It is time to reset that game board and humans back to the Stone Age, or thereabouts, and start again. Oh, and a human will Sunder Time, but that will never come to that, will it? Why have the Cosmic-Three, the creators of all, chosen human emissaries again? Is there more to this than even the Eternal Gods know?
