16.01.2022 When we sell items at Mess it up we make sure they are tried and tested so we are 100% confident in our product! Lukas has said "I love it, it's so comfy, I want to bring it with me everywhere" yet he has had no idea of the benefits this "comfy" blanket has. Weighted blankets have many benefits to name a few It helps reduce anxiety in child improves symptoms of Adhd and improves sleep through using DTP therapy which gives the kids a feeling of being grounded! I could go on and on about this product as I really love the product and know the benefits!!! So from me it's a huge thumbs up and we have them at the studio now! 11.01.2022 We are introducing electronic sign in to HQ. As of Saturday, everyone entering the premises will need to scan the QR code. For those without a smartphone, we still have manual sign in. It is very important that ALL guests sign in on entry. If you are attending any of our Pop Up sessions next week, we will have manual sign in sheets that all attendees will need to sign.

This week we are there, MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 9-2. We will not be there this Thursday due to an offsite event. 07.01.2022 We are excited our Term 1 2021 timetable is finalized! Our term will run from the 1st of Feb to the 1st of April 2021. All sessions will be a 9 week term EXCEPT for Fridays. Because of Good Friday it will only be an 8 week term.... 9 week term is $140 8 week term is $125.50 We also offer family discount for siblings. These will be on sale to the public on TUESDAY THE 8th DECEMBER at 8pm. Our current full term attendees will have first preference PRIOR to the 8th December and at sessions this past week you should of all collected a note regarding this. If you were unable to attend your class last week please send us a message so we can talk you through the process of retaining your spot.
