27.01.2022 HAPPY FRIDAY This is our Steph, our fabulous Franchisee from Darwin, N.T! Steph shares 5 fun facts about herself:... I have done Irish dancing for the last 5 years and although I have decided to take a break this year I am still present in the dancing community. I have 2 cats (indoors) and 2 chickens (outdoors) at home and love the craziness that comes with all of them. I have never broken a bone or had stitches (despite having two children ) I went to Japan when I was 13 on a school exchange trip and would love to go back there with my family one day. I was born in darwin and have lived here my whole life. If I do ever move away I would love to live in Tasmania. Term 1 has sold out in Darwin but Steph has opened some casual sessions. 15.12.2021 Happy Friday! Fine motor skills are the ability to make movements using the small muscles in our hands and wrists. We rely on these skills to do key tasks in school, at work, and in everyday life. Here are some examples of when we use fine motor skills:... Holding a pen or pencil Drawing pictures and writing neatly Using a keyboard Using scissors, rulers, and other tools People also need fine motor skills to do daily tasks like getting dressed and brushing their teeth. Here is a picture of my littlest Bub working on his fine motor skills with pipe cleaners and a colander. Cheap, easy to set up and endless play.
29.11.2021 Phewit’s been a whole week since we last posted our tbt edition! That went fast! This little treasure I can across from our ‘Messy Mega Sessions’ before the dreaded Covid rocked all our worlds and not in the best way! This was a Frozen session created for the wonderful families in Darwin back in 2018!
