21.01.2022 Metafit Malvern.....that’s a wrap!!! Close to almost five years ago I had a dream a goal and a whole lot of passion and two very small kids!! I had been in the fitness industry for less than a year and decided to take a gamble and teach this AMAZING and BRILLIANT workout to anyone I could!! To me it was a workout like no other! In that five years I have had the privilege to meet so many people and have had transformations of all kinds right before my eyes. A huge part of why... I love what I do. Metafit has lead me down so many different paths in both teaching and learning and have meet the most wonderful people. To say I will miss Monday and Thursdays are a understatement, thank you for supporting me, trusting me and believing in me. Small business in a very competitive industry is a tough gig but the highs made it al worth it!!! And to the very small group of you....you know who you are.... Thank you for you loyalty and love and following me all over the place!! I will miss you guys and you know that. It’s not bye....it’s see you soon! It ain’t no dance class!!! See more
