17.01.2022 Happy Sunday friends! Just wanted to check in with everyone as I like to do most Sundays before another new week of training begins! A reminder that this is the first week of our amended timetable, please check it if you havent already and review some of the class changes. ... This week is also Coach Catherines first MetaPWR debut, so if can make it to the Wed 6:30pm class please get along and support her! Work hard for your coaches this week and have a heap of fun together like you always do! Its 9:30am here in Athens and we are about to crash one of the local hotels for a pool swim with the kids - its been super windy the past 2 days and not great beach weather. Tomorrow we head north and begin the trek to Mum and Dads village - no beaches and possibly no wifi for a couple of days, but Ill get back online and say hi when I can. Missing everyone lots and its hard to believe we are on the other side of the world! The kids travelled like little champs and apart from some jet lag last night where they fell asleep at the dinner table, are happy and so carefree! Have an AWESOME week of classes! Big love, H

15.01.2022 HAPPY WEEKEND FRIENDS! Ive loved seeing the pics of classes and chit chat over in our Team CS Facebook group and I cant believe Ive only been away for 7 days so far - it feels like I havent seen your beautiful faces for aaaages!! We have made the pilgrimage back to my dads village and birth place and its been a game changer for my heart and soul. The heavy part of our trip is almost over and the kids and I head to Athens on Monday for a hotel stay and some serious... sightseeing! Ive been thinking about you guys a lot while Ive been away and after a hard and heavy week of memories of Dad and family stuff, I just want to let everyone know how thankful I am for each and every one of you and for what you bring to our special little fitness community. 06.01.2022 My little humans have had my undivided attention for almost a month, and Im beyond grateful for the time weve had to bond and grow together during our time in Greece. We are coming home with stories that are ours to share and talk about, forever! I want to say a huge thank you to everyone that has stayed in contact and interacted with me through the photos and words Ive shared while Ive been away. Your support and appreciation for what Ive experienced here means a lot. ...
