08.01.2022 1st class sheetmetal metalworkers with over 52 years experience and an incredible eye for detail, our aluminium fabrication is nothing short of exceptional Another Happy customer!!! this is by far the biggest canopy we have fabricated!! roof racks we fully welded it completely and we have run 40x40x3mm ths wall thickness along the whole top of the canopy roof we also welded in some supports in the front and the very back (inside Of course so you can’t see it and it’s actua...lly works great because we can run our interior light lighting on the inside the 40x40 so it’s completely run internal so absolutely no wires are exposed. This is an optional extra. We reuse to fix any cheap 2mm flimsy toolboxes because at one stage we were repairing one a week at least once a week comes in to get them fixed they are cheap and nasty the locks are easy to break into to the material is made out of pretty much cling wrap even . Now if your a Trady and you have 20k worth of tools do you value them that much? wouldn’t you want to get a custom 3mm thick box with top quality locks completely water proof weld on hinges we can install drawers in there which which work off our quality runners. Eg. If you have have both doors open to your canopy that mean means you will be able to have the pull out drawers at front of canopy that way you can access both drawers from each side of canopy.
