23.01.2022 We've nearly finished with the only Steel 'lift and slide' doors in the known universe. All painted flat black internally and satin black externally. Generous helpings of double glazing will be glued in. This project has been challenging. An old building using modern/accurate fittings takes some finessing. Can't wait to see Sam's(Shivering Timbers) kitchen in soon.It looks amazing.

21.01.2022 This weeks epic creation. Steel trussing that covers new paving area and replaces old chunky timber framing. More light let into the house equals big smiles. Working around existing grape vine was hilarious ...or not.

11.01.2022 The new Sprout Bakery window / counter at The Mill Castlemaine. We cut out the existing steel framed window and made it a sliding jobby. As a famous bloke once said ,'We do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard '.

11.01.2022 This 7 metre screen was made using reo mesh as the base for welding zillions of metal shingles on.Soon it will be rusty and all will be good in the world.

02.01.2022 With the State Festival upon us,we tried to get the Platypus Gate swinging from the front fence. So much to do and so little time. Construction notes: Laser cut panel used to plasma cut setback panel. Reused mesh added with frame to bulk it out a bit. It's heavy
