03.01.2022 My weight training journey over the past 3 years. Unlike most I am the opposite ive struggled with weight gain due to underlying autoimmune issues, my journey thus far has been rewarding my body has changed immensely I am stronger, happier and healthier. My weight training consist of 5 hours per week i aim to train at least 5 days per week. When you think of 5 days a week it seems like alot but when you deduct the 5 hours from your full week it really isnt much at all. At the... end of the day if you want change you actually have to pursue it, not tomorrow but yesterday. Your sitting there thinking when and how your gonna start your new fitness journey dont think just do. Im gonna start next week attitude is only going to have you delaying what you could have already achieved. Im not gonna train tomorrow its ok i will make it the following day well thats just thrown out your accountability and routine. Stop making excuses and stop justifying your actions and just DO IT. Time flies and so does your progress once you officially start. Find your love in fitness because in 12 months time you wont regret it. We dont get results from sitting on the couch thinking what if, we get results from hard work, determination, dedication and motivation. Photos below are from 47kg to a healthy 60kg. See more
