14.01.2022 Caught in the act! No no, not that act.... the act of crafting! Welcome to my studio/office/dining table/mess, haha! It was an hour before the event I was going to was about to start and I was sewing part of my outfit It's rare to have an action shot of me busy behind the machine so I had to share here #metamophosistersau #sewingau #costumedesign #partytime #funkythreads #homemadefashion #smallbusinessaustralia

10.01.2022 With statewide lockdowns in Melbourne for the greater part of 2020 that meant there was a low level of the events for us to work on. When an online halloween costume party invite arrived we decided to go all out and let our creative juices flow. We made our costumes, we created a Halloween backdrop for our party and Ashlie gave us both Halloween makeovers... Presenting Vampiress Ashlie and Were-Winki (Kellie). Ashlie is available for hair and makeup bookings. Check out her I...nstagram/Facebook: https://instagram.com/ashlienorris.hmua https://www.facebook.com/ashlienorris.hmua

09.01.2022 When I first made an orb ball I had no pattern or instructions. Just a picture from Google and a much much smaller version that both had two hoops each. Why not challenge yourself and create it with three hoops? ;-) The first one just happened to be event decor and a LOT bigger. All three hoops were made from 2 x 4 metres length of conduit making the orb ball 2.6m high. The whole project took about 30 hours total with a team full of helpers helping to create the adornments that hung from it. The web itself took several hours to weave. Since then I have made several others one roughly the size of a basketball. They'll be added to this album once photos are collated.
