01.01.2022 This is called the sit cross lean, its a great stretch for undoing the pain that you cause your back from sitting. With the UHP method, in the building phase you hold a stretch for 2 minutes and then go into the dead zone for one minute. 3 -7 reps. There are 24 ROMS and certain ones for specific body pains.
