01.02.2022 Just checking in on y'all! Please be kind to yourselves, at the moment many of us are feeling a heaviness, a darkness like we haven't felt since our own individual "Dark Nights of the Soul", but on roids! At this moment in time massive amounts of people are living their dark night, like massive amounts, as their Soul fights their egos and old patterns are being questioned, it is a intense collective vibration. So of course we would be feeling the resonance of that.... But stay strong, it is not YOU, you are still the same awesome person you have awoken to be, just be kind to yourself and other. Be light, do light and expect light. That is how we move on from this darkness. What is the old saying "it is darkest before the dawn", yep, hallelujah to the coming of the dawn, the dawn of awakening! Peace out Peeps :)

22.01.2022 Who has been or known someone who went to a Doctor's feeling unwell only to be told you/they have a "virus" and then instructed to go home, rest and drink plenty of water, and to ride it out, you'll be fine? And for most of us we do "become fine", but with ALL viruses they affect us differently, some people as with this current strain have little to no symptoms at all, some maybe mild, some may tragically die and everything in between. Some even have long lasting after effec...ts of post-viral syndrome or chronic fatigue as it can be labelled. So is the severity or mildness of a virus random? Will a virus jump on us and kill us all? My answer is NO!!!! Now I am not a doctor and bless them for their efforts, I just feel as a Metaphysical Practitioner and spiritual person "medicine" (incl. the V word) have replaced the true wisdom of our physical health. And the truth about how all disease including viruses manifest in us, individually, and why the polarities. Metaphysical Causation or in simple terms the actual reason for all disease and the level to which we experience said disease, is about our physical environment and I am not talking external, it is our internal energy (created by our thoughts and beliefs) expressed in our physical body. This can explain why some years a flu virus is considered mild or as with this current one being reported as severe (but the true statistics say something completely different). We humans are powerful creators and when we collectively have an internal energy which lacks faith, purpose, hope and joy we manifest far more severe reactions to a virus compared to those of us who have an abundance of those things. Hopefully being co-creators of your own awesomeness, if so keep up the good work, if not, you are possibly struggling in these weird and un-usual/natural time? ... Try getting back into a routine that supports your awesomeness i.e. early morning walk, playing upbeat music, burning a lovely scented candle, wearing something that feels cosy, eating something which stimulates fond memories or just tastes fab, inspire your senses! And if you have been known to meditate or do an activity that has you connecting with your Higher Self/God/Source/The Universe/Chocolate Thunder (what ever you call the Divine), be sure to do that! Because when we align with the Divine we shine (and we are co-creating our best life). Be grateful for all you are and all that you have, and as always dream big, expect miracle..... Peace out ;)K

18.01.2022 If you get a chance, pop onto Netflix and watch a doco called "Kiss the Ground". I felt so inspired and compelled to spread this message far and wide, for too long we have been told that our governments are acting in our best interest, and for too long we have given them the power to make choices that are not aligned with that concept. Why? Perhaps we have been naive, ignorant, lazy, fearful, manipulated, or conditioned? Perhaps all of the above! If you check out the histo...ry behind "chemical" agriculture and how and WHY it was introduced and the damage it has caused, then do the same for vaccinations and the overuse of medication you will find a frightening truth. And that truth is none of it has to do with what is best for humanity, for nature, heck for spirituality (the whole reason we do this dance), all of it has to do with is $MONEY and power. 14.01.2022 Only when we fully understand our POWER will we over come disease. Disease is not random, it is the culmination of our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. No one just "gets" cancer, or "catches" a cold or flu, viruses are not going to "jump" on us and kill us all, this is not how disease works. Disease comes when the mind and the heart are out of sync, when our mind is in dis-ease, our body will match in kind the vibration of that dis-ease. No matter how healthy we think we ea...t, or how much exercise we do, if our mind is not in ease, our body will be in disease (this includes injuries and accidents, nothing is random). This is a truth that will save humanity, not a vaccination that may or may not prevent a seasonal flu or virus, in an attempt to mask the truth. The truth is a virus or "this virus" will only kill or maim those of us WHO are already vibrating at the dis-ease level - the metaphysical causation of a viral infection is: (in basic language) "Not living our joy, or allowing joy to flow through our life, being bitter and blaming external people or situations, being a victim, poor me" or "FEAR" (the fear of something is like a magnet). And amazingly dis-ease such as the co-morbidity disease associated with the majority of covid-19 deaths have the exact same vibration or slight variations....co-incidence, I think not! The POWER we have as individuals and as a collective is when we live our lives for the pure joy of living, for the miracles that we are, for aligning with the health, wealth, love and purpose that fills our hearts and not so much our pockets or ego (past trauma or dodgey 0-7 programming), that is how we win at this game of life. Because a mind in ease, is the only medication we will ever need! Metaphysics 101 - Thoughts and beliefs = Our life experience. 12.01.2022 Disease is dis-ease is not at ease! Post Viral Symptoms or Syndrome explained metaphysically: A virus or any disease has its very own energetic match, if we are vibrating at the level of viral infection, no vaccination or medication, or isolation will prevent it (unless we believe it can, the power of belief is amazing).... It is an internal healing, we must return to ease between our head and our heart. This often happens over the time of the symptoms as most of us will find something else to put our energy towards (we move out of the viral infection vibration) and we heal consequently, but some of us are in too deep and those thoughts and feelings which create the vibration seem impossible to shift, hence the reason some people have long lasting post viral effects. We can only heal by changing the thoughts and beliefs that create the vibrational match to dis-ease, in ease between the heart and mind we find good health. Questioning that answer: But Terrain theory makes sooooo much sense, it is what happens in nature (pure consciousness), and as a Metaphysical Practitioner who has studied the link between Mind, Body, Soul for near on three decades, it is also an absolute match with spiritual law, we know it as Metaphysical Causation. I think this is why people are having such strong reactions to our current state of affairs, this information we are being fed and the actions which are being forced upon us go against our inner knowing. It can be no other way." - Albert Einstein In support of humanity and the ever present pursuit of peace, harmony, truth, freedom and joy, it is time to acknowledge our own innate power. We hold the key to breaking down the current paradigm and creating one which serves our humble desires. And rather than go into the nuts and bolts of how ...we have moved so far away from our foundations of LOVE (I have a couple of books which go into the whole insidious effects of our fear based culture, if required), let us join together "energetically" on Saturday 5th September 2020 and say a little prayer! And I am not talking a hail Mary beg God to do something religious type prayer (unless that floats your boat, then go for it). I'm talking a collective of like minded spiritual beings (that's us) getting our energetic mojo happening all at one time in a pro-creation (not procreation, unless that floats your boat ;);)), a sit down, tune in and collectively create a new and improved vibration for us all to thrive in. And here is how we can do it: At 11am (Australian EST/UTC+10) Saturday September 5th 2020, find a quiet space to sit or lie down, relax, perhaps pop on some background meditation music (might I suggest a miracle tone, google it), do some controlled breathing for a minute or two, then imagine a lightness entering your body, from the top of your head to the tip of your toes, it can be a white light with a shimmer of gold or what ever feels right to you. Then repeat in your mind "I am grateful that I am part of the change the world needs, I am grateful that all my good and the good of humanity has arrived, I am grateful that the old paradigm has shifted, and LOVE once again envelopes us all. The truth has set us free!" Calmly repeat, repeat, repeat until you feel the energy build to a cresendo in your heart centre and release that good juju to the planet. Feel and imagine that energy cleansing even the darkest areas of our beautiful planet and dissolving that darkness into light. You can end the process here or stay in meditation until you feel it is time, otherwise why not hook into some of the other local events arranged which rely on the collective power of our co-creative spiritual energy Let's try and get 144,000 (you know who you are) to super power this intention. 06.01.2022 Wow, how things have hotted up here in Victoria and I am not talking about the weather! Once again it is man vs nature, you would think over the years we would have worked out that nature reacts to us, not the other way. We may think we can out smart nature, but it is and will always be one or a million steps ahead. Just like when medical science thought antibiotics were the wonder drug to end infection for ever, then it was over prescribed and now we have super bugs which a...re impervious to it. And do you know why nature would do such a cruel thing because NATURE is governed by Universal Law. Yes the Laws of the Universe react to our energy and if our energy is vibing at infection no medication, vaccination or mask will prevent it, it might hold it off for a while, but nature will keep throwing our own energy back at us. Hence why a large number of people who get the flu vac still end up getting some sort of lung infection (scientifically proven). We can not fool nature, we can give placebo which allow people to believe they are being miraculously protected or healed, but unless we change our own personal energy (thoughts, beliefs & behaviors) away from the infectious thoughts we will get sick and possibly die. The silver lining is when we understand Metaphysical Causation we can truly heal and protect ourselves against dis-ease, it is the only way we can heal. That is why the physical manifestation appears, to guide us toward healing, it is our very own guidance system. Yay us! But death, well death is a part of nature, our physical bodies are not designed to live forever, they are here to give our soul a vehicle to use during our time in human form. And to get a little more spiritual we will die only when it is our time, all the vaccines and medications in the world will not stop a soul from departing their physical body, when it is that souls time to return to......I say home, but to where ever you think a soul goes after it has done its time in this incarnation. I think it is this understanding that has been lost and or taken over by a fear based doctrine, we believe we need others to keep us safe and well, we think a long life is the aim, and that to survive is the most important thing, but alas LIVING life is the most important thing, the how long or short is out of our hands, but the way we live that time between birth and death is all us. So go forth live well, whether it be long or short, live well! (Oh and be kind, people need it more than you know) Peace out ;)K

03.12.2021 People who study metaphysics are not at all surprised by the goings on of the moment, for in this moment and those moments been, WE (the collective we) have meticulously been programmed to fear life, we fear anything that is different, anything that does not "fit" into the cookie-cutter paradigm, we judge and condemn those WHO think differently. Science has been corrupted and spirituality has been denied, but thankfully NOW, in this moment we can start to come out of this ha...ze and start trusting what we feel deep down, WE know what is happening is not right, we can FEEL it!
