Unfortunately this has not been working well for some people as the book keeps falling over and the guitar slips and falls to the ground. 19.01.2022 CREATIVE AND PERFORMING ARTS DAY CAMP - July 2020 During the second week of the school holidays, Metcalfe Studios are offering a Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) Day Camp (13th July 2020 - 17th July 2020). The day camp is a great opportunity for students to experience different types of creative and performing arts. The camp is suitable for young people with no experience and those who have been having lessons for a while. Each day has a different focus: ... Monday (13th July 2020) - Dance Tuesday (14th July 2020) - Art Wednesday (15th July 2020) - Guitar + Singing Thursday (16th July 2020) - Drama Friday (17th July 2020) - Piano + Percussion For more details regarding the days, check out the schedule on the FB event or our FB page. The CAPA day camp runs 8am - 5pm each day. This means that your child/ren have a great day and experience new things while you are at work. Fees: - Single Day Package: $60 - Whole Day Camp Package $200 (saves $100!) - Sibling discount: Receive a 20% discount when you enrol more than one child (discount applies to additional siblings). We currently have a teacher preparing to go on maternity leave and we are looking for someone to teacher their students and take on new students. 06.01.2022 ONLINE UKULELE EXPERIENCE Due to all the craziness happening at the moment, school holidays are going to look a bit different for young people. We want to give our community something to look forward to and enjoy during this time, so we are launching an online ukulele holiday experience! This online holiday package includes:... - a ukulele - a tuner - access to online ukulele experience. - one online private lesson During the experience, young people will get to learn and enjoy playing the ukulele in the comfort of their own home. You will learn how to tune the ukulele, play chords, and learn a number of songs. This online ukulele holiday experience costs $110 (includes everything above). Dont worry if you already have a ukulele and would like to join in this experience you still can. You can get access to the online experience and a private lesson for $60. This experience is suitable for young people in years 4 - 12 at school. The ukulele and tuner are available for pickup or delivery (delivery fees apply). The days will be filled with constructing and decorating gingerbread trees, Christmas trivia, Christmas music, candy cane hunts, and Christmas drama and so much more! Dates: 21st December - 23rd December 2020... Time: 8:30am - 5pm (young people can be dropped off late and picked up early). Location: Metcalfe Studios (9 Aberdour Ave, Rouse Hill, 2155).
