19.01.2022 "Zoom Breakout rooms Tips" For our annual strategy day, we swapped brainstorming on butchers paper, with Zoom's Breakout rooms feature. In order to re-create the vibe from our office, we set up each of our employees as "Co-hosts". This allowed everyone to hop between breakout rooms themselves and gave every individual the onus to contribute in each room. It wasn't all smooth sailing, but we gave it a go and everyone had a great afternoon collaborating and planning for 2021 together.

01.01.2022 During Mental Wellness October Method has been proactively hosting positive psychology sessions for all the team. During one of the sessions, we explored Art therapy as a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. By either creating art or viewing others' art, it can help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills.
