25.01.2022 New Years Eve I’m sitting in the car on my way to celebrate the NY with some friends. I have read many opinions on new year, new year resolutions, starting fresh & then failing. Here is what I would like to do. After my holidays, I am going to book myself a night away & spend some time on planning what I would like to achieve in 2021.... Personally Professionally Spiritually For me the Spiritually needs to come first because this sets me up for the other. I have LOVED what I have achieved this year, the barriers I have broken through & the old inner beliefs I have smacked. I AM going to set myself some goals for 2021 & I AM going to achieve them. Thank you Me Timers for your unwavering support & cheer leading from the sidelines. I see you, I hear you & I appreciate you. Enjoy your celebrations, whatever that looks like for you.

12.01.2022 Hi there 2021. I am looking forward to hanging with you & seeing what you have to offer. I know you will be different to your buddy 2020 because I can feel you. I am seeing you through a brighter lense and know that you have wonderful things in store for me.

10.01.2022 Perspective It often takes a tragedy for us to open our eyes & look at life in a different way. With a clearer lense. What we once thought was the be all & end all, is now not so. My heart is heavy today for my friend who is saying farewell to the love of her life & father to her 3 gorgeous children.... This sudden loss has brought with it SO much emotion, so much wondering & so much perspective. Everything we value & hold dear is now in question. This beautiful man is well known for his love of life, for his unequivocal devotion to his family & his ability to light up the room with his imaginative & original take on the theme of the occasion. He seemed tireless, no activity too difficult or out of the question. Ivars lived every day to its fullest & he encouraged everyone to do the same. When all is said & done, what is important? What makes us happy? What makes our heart sing? I am already evaluating my every day. I am going to remind myself of his wise words & live every day like it’s my last. See more

03.01.2022 Holidays for me are different this year. Normally I’m still doing bits & pieces of work or thinking about the business. This break has been one of THE most therapeutic & restful I have ever had.... I am sleeping late, sleeping peacefully, not spending time on my phone, reading books & not planning next steps for Me Time. I am taking each day as it comes & not worrying about what is next. I will allocate some work days over the next few weeks but for now, my priority is ME, and my family & I am loving it. @meandmygirl
