We require someone on a casual part-time basis Our Front Office staff are the first point of contact for our valued customers and a key component to this position is to provide a friendly, helpful and positive impression of the company both over the telephone and when dealing with customers in store.... Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, Good customer service and communication skills, Experience with Xero would be helpful, Experience in a manufacturing business would be an advantage. You would be responsible for the following: Customer service at front desk when required. Invoicing. Debt Collection. Answering phone calls. Tracking and re-ordering of inventory items. Checking deliveries against purchase orders. Filling in for other office staff when required. Hours: 7am-5pm Monday, 7am-2pm Tuesday - Friday.

We require someone on a casual basis, with full time employment opportunity for the right candidate. 2nd Class Welder/Workshop Allrounder:... Workshop operations as required, including but not limited to: Work unsupervised or as part of a team to manufacture various high quality fencing and gate products, Work seamlessly together in a team environment. Perform all manufacturing procedures including cutting, welding, use a variety of hand tools and cleaning all jobs to the highest standard. Depending on work flow within the manufacturing division, there will at times be other positions to be learnt with hands on experience, including all Workshop operations as required, including but not limited to Learning all Colorbond colours and stock holdings. Operating forklift to load customers / unload goods in and out of warehouse. Operating and understanding the Cold form rolling machines to keep stock in balance. What you will need: Good welding skills with attention to detail Experience with all hand tools including drilling, grinding and cutting tools Good communication skills in English Pass a drug and alcohol test, we are a zero tolerance workplace.
