23.01.2022 I am not employed by Metro yet I have good information. Please do not take offense to this but some people need to understand how difficult it is to maintain trains and keep them running on time. Sometimes unavoidable things happen and you cannot hit the roof. We should be grateful that we have seats on trains (even if you don't always get a seat [I stand everyday]) and don't have to train surf like in other countries.
