Today I’m doing Pre-Purchase inspections in Elanora, Broadbeach Waters and Pacific Pines. Then onto a annual maintenance check up in Palm Meadows. 22.01.2022 Storm season guys, you’ll know the rain is coming when ants start appearing in their droves above ground. Friendly tip-now’s the time to use that ant sand or granules that everyone has stored in their garage somewhere. Even if it rains, it washes the bait down into the ants underground tunnels (if you’ve applied it to the nests). P.s-get your car inside too, hail hurts metal

09.01.2022 THEY’RE HEEEEEEERRRE!!! Mastotermes darwiniensis have been found on the GC. There’s over 300 different type of Termite species, only 7 are classed as ‘economically significant’. This one species is 100 X more ‘significant’ than the other 6. Don’t risk it, get a Termite inspection and treatment where required.... 07.01.2022 Please Please Please do not think you are killing two birds with one stone by employing a sole ‘building and pest inspector’. Yes, they are often cheaper but when it comes to your biggest asset, don’t cut corners to save a few . Ensure you employ 2 people to carry out your ‘Building and Timber Pest Inspection’ as two pairs of professionally trained eyes are better than one. I work as a independent sole trader and can organise a professional building inspection to be carried out at the same time.
