21.01.2022 Pressure Reducing Valve for this Pascoe Vale Property today. The client was complaining of a significant amount of water pressure at the kitchen sink. We went in and tested pressures and found the property to have an astonishing 750kpa. The Maximum water pressure for a residential property should be no more than 500kpa. 11.01.2022 Today we were called to a property as the client was concerned about excessive water pressure and the pipes banging in the walls (Water Hammer) every time a tap was turned on. The maximum water pressure on a home should be no more than 500KPA. We found this home to have a staggering 1200KPA! We installed a 500KPA Pressure Limiting Valve (PRV) which corrected water pressures to where they should be and also significantly reducing the water hammer throughout the home. #plumbing #reeceplumbing #prv #joinwiththebest
