09.01.2022 From our Branch Manager Chad Norsworthy Our annual Xmas show with a wine tour through the Adelaide Hills with the crew minus 4-5 faces that couldn’t make it. 2020 has been an interesting year to say the least with Covid -19 & also some changes within the business the last 12 months. We have made some tough decisions that have turned out to be the right ones. We have rehired, promoted, focused on our marketing, changed systems, brought in new processes to create more efficienc...y. All by doing this, we have seen some real growth inside the business & now starting to pay dividends in this new financial year. 15 years inside the business, I think the biggest thing that I’m learning is that it’s not the radical changes that make the difference, it’s all the small things, the 1%ers. It’s the little things that make the big things possible that can generate growth. But more importantly you’re only as good as the people you have around you. I can not thank my team enough for the hard work they put in each day, each week, they go above and beyond. Good teams are built on trust & we have a great team in place that will do what they can to give the best service possible. Culture is so important. To my Dad the Director who is now in the background & not in the office, now enjoying the fruits of life of 33 years of hard work, blood, sweat & tears. We may have different views on things & our management styles may differ but you’re the hardest worker I have ever known & I respect that. We had a great day yesterday, think we even sold a tractor .
