16.01.2022 Another project completed, this one for Tayim Restaurant and Bar in the basement of an 1880’s warehouse building in The Rocks. We built this elegant deck and canopy including feature lights out of 316 Stainless Steel Glass bead blasted

11.01.2022 We fabricated, painted and installed this structural steel staircase and balustrading with glass panel infills for a client’s office in Burwood. The staircase had to be made in small pieces and transported onto the site through a passenger lift and then bolted together in situ.

08.01.2022 It’s not all glitz and glamour here at Metroweldingsometimes we just build good practical stairs for egress purposes!

08.01.2022 A job we do very well is replacing existing fire stair handrail with new compliant handrail out of galvanised pipe. We still follow the same processes as if it were architecturally designed handrail, when cutting and coping pipe to enable the welders to do their thing!

07.01.2022 Metrowelding in Vogue! Usually glass is the most common pool fence design, however the client had a vision for a different look to suit the style of the house. We were able to construct the fence out of steel in a way that was still able to meet the pool fence code. Here is the finished product, featured in Vogue Living!
