The benefit of Nordberg C Series jaw crushers back in the day was that they enabled more performance with lower weight compared to previous jaw crusher models. The lower weight of the C series jaw crushers also enabled them to be used in mobile applications. The best known of these applications is probably the Lokotrack mobile jaw crusher plant launched in the 1980s.
