21.01.2022 Last weekend working together with our good friends at Sarsfield Fire Brigade and DELWP Bairnsdale we managed to contain a land owners burn off that got very mu...ch out of control. It is a timely reminder not only to register your burns but also have the appropriate equipment and water supply to be able to contain any outbreaks. Luckily all ended well but with the severity of the gusting winds it could have been alot worse. Please remember to register all your burns on the burns hotline: 1800668 511 #sarsfieldvolunteerfirebrigade #DELWPBairnsdale

17.01.2022 Fingers crossed we get some good news today ....

13.01.2022 Home again?! There’s no better time to start planning and practising your home fire escape plan. There are many fire hazards that may exist throughout the home,... and it’s important you know what to do if a fire breaks out. Families who are well-prepared are more likely to escape their homes safely and without panic.

11.01.2022 Thank you Eastvicmedia for the coverage in today's Lakes Post newspaper. We appreciate you sharing the awesome news about our land acquisition.

08.01.2022 Road Safety Week is an opportunity to highlight the devastating impact motor vehicle collisions have on our loved ones and our first responders. CFA responded t...o a total of 4,350 motor vehicle collisions last year and during the warmer months we saw an increase on the monthly average. We know Victorians are making plans to get back on the road this weekend and over summer. We are asking you to make sure every journey you make is a safe one.
