25.01.2022 As we enter a new financial year, there is no better time as a business to reflect on our actions, choices and the results so far. However, it can be easy to become too focused on short term results without considering the ground work youve completed and your long term goals. Reflect on your achievements to date, but dont forget to keep looking forward to the future harvest of the seeds youve sowed.



23.01.2022 This year is our 21st year in business, and it's been nothing like we had planned! But isn't that always the story of business, it's a roller coaster. Earlier in the year we made plans to host a 21st event and started filming a mini doco about Mezzanine. As things have settled we've had time to start filming and editing again, so we thought we'd share a little snippet of Luke and Nikki talking about our journey and why we first started asking our clients 'why?' instead of 'what?'. Helping businesses find clarity is something we love to do because we know how powerful it can be for business growth. Mami Watta Collections was founded by Ana Maria, a committed activist with a degree in Political Science specialising in Indigenous connections to land and environmental sustainability. 20.01.2022 As our team begins to return to the studio, there is one particular lesson we want to take with us - the importance of team connection! Real connection leads to greater collaboration and in turn more valuable work. In a fast-paced environment, sometimes dedicating time to connect on a more personal level can take a backseat because it requires time, effort and one more very important thing: vulnerability. Our Studio Manager, Liz, dedicates her time to this all important task...! Not only will we continue to get together over lunch or complete team challenges but were excited to embrace a little more spontaneity and share more of the small stuff. Under the artful guidance of artist Yvette Ten-Bohmer at Hudson Street Hum, we tackled a Clay Sketching Workshop where we stretched our imaginations to greater heights and uncovered some hidden talents.
