24.01.2022 So truth be told I’ve been eating like a bit of an asshole lately. I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease early December and my brain basically took that as eat whatever you want, you are loosing weight anyway so I ate everything considered bad. Food has always been my downfall, and when I let it slide.. it’s a landslide However that’s okay! I’m human, I’m not going to punish myself, but I’ll pull myself up and hold myself accountable. Weight isn’t an issue, but I...’m feeling blah, sleep is shit, I’m bloated and I can just tell my gut is not happy. And that is not good for my Graves recovery, so I need to ship up! Im jumping back on the Arbonne 30 days healthy living program to get myself back in check and start to heal myself, I have been enjoying the party a little too long, and I’m ready to feel better! This program is not about counting cals or macros (who wants to do that if you aren’t competing on stage?) it’s not a fad or a just shakes diet.. it’s a whole foods anti inflammatory protocol with high quality plant based supplements.
