21.01.2022 Exciting News for Matt Fiddes Gladstone!!!! We are restarting normal classes from tomorrow. Class times are normal. We have a Covid Safe Policy in place that I will be emailing and texting to everyone. I will place a copy on here as well. ... Please ensure that you read and acknowledge as for us to continue classes we need to ensure that everyone follows the correct protocol so we don't have to close again. 17.01.2022 Covid Safe Plan Matt Fiddes Martial Arts Gladstone 1. Anyone showing any signs of sickness should stay at home as will not be allowed entry. 2. We will be taking temperature checks and anyone with an initial temperature check of 37.4o or over will be asked to retest in 5 mins. If the temperature remains over 37.4 o they will not be allowed entry. 3. We are limited to 20 people in the Dojo at any one time. Parents are to remain outside. ... 4. Students are to wash/ sanitise their hands prior to class. 5. We will continue the social distancing of 1.5m 6. There will be no contact and sparring and grappling will be held off until further notice. 7. Any work involving kick shields, focus mitts, kick paddles will require students to have their sparring gear on to eliminate contact. These items will be sanitised after each class. 8. Students will be asked to wait with parents until the instructors call them to enter the Dojo. The following class will not be allowed entry until the previous class has finished and vacated the Dojo. 9. Students will be asked to bring a towel to wipe off any excess sweat during the training session. See more

05.01.2022 A small but dedicated team comprising the Carson and Jordan Clans represented Team Gladstone at the MF Martial Arts Australian Championships in 2020. Despite CO...VID-19, there was still a large contingent of competitors and competition was fierce. Carlie, Ryan, Nathan, Olivia and Sofia all trained hard leading up to the Championships and served as excellent ambassadors for Team Gladstone throughout a long and grueling day of competition. Their hard work was rewarded with each competitor winning a medal and Carlie doubled it up. Well done guys on your fantastic effort and well deserved medals. You have done Gladstone proud! The MF Championships provides a unique experience for students from around all over QLD and NSW to come together and compete in a fair and friendly atmosphere, to share skills and knowledge, to establish new friendships! Come and join us on October 17th for our Annual Australian Championships, and experience for yourself martial spirit and... some serious fun!
