Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary is a predator-proof area near Canberra which protects several threatened species that rely on its critically endangered box-gum grassy woodlands for habitat. This cake represents the restored biodiversity in Mulligans Flat, and is made from a chocolate-beetroot base, butter icing and marzipan plants and animals (take a look at each species in the comments)! Ngunnawal names have been included in brackets where they are known #NgunnawalCountry
