25.01.2022 Back to our old stamping ground today with Ize Fairdinkum contesting the third race - a 1400m maiden - at Warrnambool, Jye McNeil aboard. Opening up favourite, the promising 3Y0 was good at debut and even better second up and a win looks close!

This episode explains how our routine unfolds from the start of the morning until the horse returns to their own yard in the evening.
24.01.2022 BOWING steps up to the mile at Pakenham today in race 6 which will be much more suitable than his last start over 1200m. He has worked very well in the lead up to this race, we will be expecting for him to get a bit more room from the barrier draw today and be right in the finish.

20.01.2022 The 19-20 Season has come to a close and we look forward to the new season. I would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff, owners, suppliers and our regular contractors. It has been an incredible season 5 runners at G1 level 0-2-1, 7 at G2 level 1-1-1, a winner and 3x2nds at listed level. Not to miss other highlights including a winner on Melbourne cup day, burrumbeet cup and our Ballarat cup day marquee. It has enjoyable to share it with everyone. We will look to build on last season with some exciting things planned.

18.01.2022 VITOSHA is making her long awaited debut today at Geelong. Small setbacks have prevented her getting to the race track earlier and we hope she can reward owners and breeders Col and Janice McKenna (pictured). Tune in to watch her at 1.30pm in race 3.
17.01.2022 Off to Sandown today where HARD PRESS is favourite making his debut for the stable - Ben Melham to take the ride in the third race, a 1000m BM70 contest. He showed considerable promise during his debut campaign and we are looking forward to seeing him kick off today.

12.01.2022 We have decided to ramp up our social media presence. Our first Inside the Stables video will become available on Wednesday afternoon. The first instalment will take a look at trackwork and riding to times. This will be the first of a series of short videos that explains the way our stable runs and the people involved.
10.01.2022 A busy day on the local synthetic with three runners: R1 N5 DAY TO FAVOUR (Ethan Brown): was so strong to the line at debut and an extra 100m today is definitely in his favour R4 N4 KAL EL (Jye McNeil): this son of Savabeel is bred to appreciate the rise in distance he faces today... R7 N1 BATTLE MASTER (Jarrod Fry): just keeps racing well and was game in the placings in a similar contest last time out
08.01.2022 Home track action on the synthetic today and we have one runner - GREGORIAN CHANT looking a big chance in the 7th event, a 1500m BM64. She was so game off a wide run last time out and is certainly deserving of a breakthrough having been in the placings at all five of her runs this time in.
08.01.2022 CAPTAIN HARRY heads to Warrnambool today - the honest 6Y0 had no luck working hard from a wide gate in town last time out but is drawn to enjoy a nice run this time... John Allen takes the ride.
07.01.2022 FAST PLAN runs today in R7 on the home track stretching out to a more suitable 1400m. Jarrod Fry takes the ride- he knows the horse well and we expect a forward showing after having little luck last time out.
06.01.2022 We have 3 runners today on the local synthetic: R3 N11 MONEY IN MY POCKET (Jack Martin) Returns a stronger filly than her one start as a 2 year old. Looking for her to settle close to the speed and be finishing strongly. R4 N13 NO NAY EMERALD (Tatum Bull) Fast running filly that will put herself on speed. Hopefully she can bring her recent trial form to the races and she should be somewhere in the mix.... R7 N7 GREGORIAN CHANT (Ethan Brown) Up in distance looking for a quieter ride and we will see if she can hit the lead late and try to get a win on the board for a preparation that has been very consistent.

04.01.2022 We dont often post replays of second place performances but boy oh boy what a debut from DANNYS SPARKLE today at Echuca Racing Club! After settling well back... in the run the daughter of Scissor Kick arguably should of won after having no luck in the home straight and forced to change stride a number of times. Named in honour of our great late friend Danny (Spud) Frawley, who we purchased this filly with last year, Dannys Sparkle looks to have an extremely bright future! 04.01.2022 Promising ZORROS DREAM returns to the races today at Mornington R7 off a long break. He has returned as a gelding, trialled well and is in good shape going to the races today. We will be looking for him to settle off the speed and hit the line strongly. Good luck to all connections!
03.01.2022 Debutant Dannys Sparkle ran such a great race at nice odds in the first at Echuca and now we turn our attention to Sale where the last start winner Quality Approach contests the final event on the card, a 1600m BM70. He was so impressive at Moonee Valley last time out and looks up to a rise in grade today - Jamie Mott takes the ride.
02.01.2022 QUALITY APPROACH heads to Sandown today, drawing barrier 1 in the 7th race- a 1800m BM70. Stretching out in distance this run, with hopefully a quieter ride having Ben Melham back on board. Good Luck to all connections.
