24.01.2022 Today marks 3 years since I opened the doors to MFS Shepparton 4 gyms later and so much has changed in these 3 years! Add countless expansion, renos, tons of new weights (Literally), bulk new machines and layout changes to bring MFS Shepparton where it is today. Just like Mooroopna on the 3rd year we completed a full reno and we will continue to do the same in Shepparton after completing half of it already during covid you will see the other half unfold in the coming mon...ths with the pin loaded area getting all new black life fitness gear and our red and black colour theme continuing thought the rest of Shepparton On top of all this you will see our newest venue MFS Shed open up as well as Meals for success and MFSups get a little facelift alone the way. It’s honestly crazy to believe we have been open for 3 years in Shepparton. Over this time we have witnessed so many people change their lives for the better, wether it’s been weight loss, weight gain, improved strength, improved health or just an overall change for the better I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to every one of you guys! 08.01.2022 5 Years ago today I opened the doors to MFS Mooroopna becoming the first locally owned 24/7 gym in the GV area! Fast forward to today and MFS is the biggest/fastest growing fitness brand in the GV with now 6 locations, a girls only gym, meals for success, supplement stores all backed with a community / culture like no other. 02.01.2022 MFS Members Zones (In club) are now fully up and live in all MFS locations So what exactly is it? Where do we start... ... The board This is the hub for everything! A fully interactive board where you will find the following things........ Grab&Go workouts: A continuously growing, library of workouts from Myself, PTs (Current / up and coming), Experienced members, Bodybuilders, bikini competitors and some long time dedicated members, just to name a few. These are all fully downloadable! PLUS under that you will find hard copies of our favourite full body workouts, stretches, circuits and members personal workouts! Keep an eye out for the monthly updates! Need help: This is yet another place that you can reach out to us for anything you need help with, book in for a call or send an email with any questions that you might have! Music suggestions: Have your say in what we play at your specific home gym. Facebook Community: Join our VIP members only Facebook group Notice board: Be in the know with whats happening around our gyms and stay informed and up to date on any important information! Business cards: If you have a local business, please dont hesitate to chat with us about having your business cards displayed up here. Out of order: If any of the machines are out of order or not running how they should, please grab an out of order sign and place it on the machine then shoot us a message about where and what it is and we will attend to it. The workouts: Each workout is specifically designed around our QR code stickers and all of the exercises are numbered to match (eg chest press #1). If youre unsure of what a machine is called, you can simply just look for the number and name on the sticker! QR Stickers: We have picked 30 of the most popular / commonly used machines and filmed videos showcasing our very own members, demonstrating the correct technique and use of the machines, along side detailed step by step instructions. Even though there are currently only 30 machines covered, we have over 80 exercises explained! This is because some of the machines and pieces of equipment such as the cable cross over or the dumbbells have multiple ways in which they can be used. NOTE: The QR codes do not require you to download any QR apps, simply hover over them with your phone camera and that will load the website and you will just need to tap on it!
