22.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION We posted a progress photo of Nads 4 months ago when she had lost 22kg..now she’s 40kg down and one of the fittest members at MG Activ We cannot speak highly enough about Nads, she’s always the first person at the gym and always one of the last to leave, becoming a real leader of our gym community.
