Box 484 Maitland 2320 To all members, Notice is hereby given that the 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 16th November 2020 in the Auditorium at Maitland Gaol at 7.30 p.m.... The Auditorium has been booked to allow social distancing, however, if this still raises concerns for you and/or your family due to Covid19 we will allow the usual postal ballots and also for the first time a Zoom link. Postal ballots will need to be seconded and signed and received by post on or before the 16th November 2020 in our Post Box 484 Maitland 2320. Please address to the Returning Officer. For a Zoom meeting you will of course need to have downloaded the Zoom app on your chosen device. You will also need to supply your Name and Mobile phone number in a text to 0431747962 (Ian’s Number) no later than 3.00 p.m. on the 16th October 2020. The meeting code will then be forwarded to you between 7.00 and 7.30 p.m. on the 16th October, 2020 so you will be able to join the meeting. Any further enquiries please message the above number. 02.01.2022 Tonight our AGM was held at the Maitland Gaol. We farewelled our outgoing committee members and thanked them for their continued efforts and supports. Our former President Ian Massey, also tended his resignation. Thank you Ian for all the work you have done for the society especially during your Presidency. We wish you all the best in the future.
