18.01.2022 Clinic Closing down due to COVID-19. See attached Video. I'm sure everyone has seen this many times by now. Unfortunatley to keep us all safe I have decided it's time to close the clinic. However, anyone still wanting to continue one-on-one consults can definitely book in a time. I will be running online consults via a site called Zoom. Just message me with a preferred day and time and I will invite you with a link via e-mail. I will still touch base with a little clip each week, so stay tuned. 06.01.2022 This is exactly what we need!!! I have been discussing this with clients all week this week. We need our lives to resemble normality. One thing we do have control of is our daily routine, keep it as close to your old routine as possible. It’s good for the soul and our mental health. Have all your meals at your usual time, schedule a daily walk and cook nutritious meals. Xxxx
