19.01.2022 Slew cup job done. New gear was fitted with two new bronze bushes. Both small and big gear a nd two bushes are supplied by MGS as well.

14.01.2022 Two dia. 55 mms bore were worn out. So rebuilt it. Skim cut on mounting face and diameter 50mm more was machined as well.

13.01.2022 Travelling sprockets with shrink fit bosses and welded. Spiral Groved brass bushes are fitted and pins are manufactured for a key client

13.01.2022 Gear has been fitted on slew cup. It has been shrink fitted with 2 20mm key slots on either side. It has been resleeved on both sides with new bronze bushes fitted in the bracket. Skew cup is basically a new now at a very low cost. Ou gears are much thicker and stronger, so more reliable and last longer than the others
