Set a timer so you get up and take a break every hour. Walk around the house, stretch your legs and look out the window, even if it's just for one minute.... 3. Give yourself a hard finish time. Easier said than done, but one of the trickier aspects to remote work is separating your work day from home time. This one took me months to figure out.
