18.01.2022 The Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System has launched a new online survey to get a better understanding of the frontline mental health workforce in Victoria and to hear their ideas for change directly. 17.01.2022 We wish to provide an update on our contact hours to our valued service users and partnered organisations. Our updated phone hours are Tuesdays to Fridays from 9am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. Additionally, we hope to reserve our voicemail for callers who have an upcoming MHT hearing as we acknowledge the time sensitive nature of these matters. For any other matters we ask that consumers call us back during operating hours, or try calling again if the phones are busy. We have made these changes to ensure that our team has enough time to follow up on all requests with the care required and we can continue to provide the best quality services to our clients.

07.01.2022 This report calls on the Victorian Government to reduce the number of people in prison and recommends that more housing supports be put in place.
