24.01.2022 When the nervous system is violated.. A person craves more disruption of the nervous system (drinking, smoking, comfort food). Trauma causes nervous system seiz...ures & trauma distracts you from the present moment. People spend hours & immense energy to distract this distraction rather than controlling their breath to purge the trauma.. People's nervous systems are breaking down, because they lack breath control.. & Breath control is much harder when the nervous system is disrupted. It's such a destructive cycle. See more
