16.01.2022 MIA Leura has teamed up with our good friends at Blue Mountains Mixed Martial Arts Centre to offer an all-inclusive, week long Adventure Camp for kids aged 12-16, this school holidays (28 June to 2 July). The camp will include abseiling, canyoning and basic/beginner MMA classes. Accommodation, transport, meals, equipment and fees are included. Parents are welcome to attend. 12.01.2022 Francis, Dylon, Kuan, Jordan and Renel all headed to Leura for Francis’s bucks party. The group stayed overnight at MIA HQ and were up early this morning hanging off cliffs, jumping off rocks and tormenting the buck. 12.01.2022 Happy New Year!!! An incident occurred last week in a canyon at Mount Wilson. Our hearts and prayers are with the families affected. Just to reassure MIA’s valued adventurers, a risk assessment is completed multiple times prior to entering a canyon. Weather patterns are monitored continuously all week and a visual inspection is completed prior to entering a canyon. With COVID transmission sneaking back into our lives, currently MIA is only taking individual groups and has COVID protocols in place.
