25.01.2022 Observed annually on 26 May, National Sorry Day remembers and acknowledges the mistreatment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who were forcibly removed from their families and communities, which we now know as 'The Stolen Generations'.



24.01.2022 Sculptor Peter Schipperheyn has completed the design and now wants to complete this work of Wurundjeri leader and warrior William Barak by casting it in bronze. Barak was an activist, an artist, a cultural ambassador and an educator. These are the types of statues that should mark our towns and cities, recognising our first nation heroes alongside our ANZAC and sporting legends that currently dot our public spaces.
