21.01.2022 Manual Lymphatic Drainage is here! I have recently studied Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and I'm ready to provide this wonderful treatment to you! So what is MLD?... MLD is a very specific massage technique (primarily through the timing, direction and pressure of the application) It is not a muscular massage, but essentially works above the muscle fascia as 70% of the lymphatic fluid is found here. 19.01.2022 GUA SHA Had a little play around with some Gua Sha yesterday! Gua Sha pronounced (gwa-sha) is an ancient Chinese healing technique that involves using a tool to scrape at the skin.... This is technique works on fasica. Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. When the body is placed under any stress this can be exercise, life stress, money stress, past emotional stress our fasica reacts to all of this subconsciously. Over time this stress can cause the fasica to stick down to the muscle and create blockages in your blood flow. The scraping breaks up the fascial adhesions and allows fresh blood flow to the area, the markings left behind can be diagnostic to show where the fasica is more restricted. This treatment isn't painful and is really beneficial for people who suffer with Fibromyalgia Chronic muscular pain and stiffness Headaches / migraines Autoimmune diseases Viral infections Asthma/ bronchitis Injuries

16.01.2022 Hey everyone just a quick update from me about confirmation messages, cancellations and no shows! Appreciating everyone's support CONFIRMATION MESSAGES Confirmation messages will be sent out 48 hours before your appointment. Every client must respond to the confirmation text. Either a "Yes" or "Please reschedule"... CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel your appointment it must be done 24 hours before your appointment time (the more notice the better). I do understand life does throw many curve balls at times but a quick message is much appreciated. Cancelling on the day will incur a $40 fee UNLESS you can reschedule within a 48 hour time period. NO SHOWS No shows must pay $40 before rescheduling the next appointment.

14.01.2022 Reiki treatment My journey with reiki really has changed my world. I completed my level 1 back in 2018. This really was my first dive into spiritual practices. I loved it and it very much felt like my first 'awakening'. Fast forward end of 2020 my second awakening began. I understood more. It felt like I could integrate my learnings into my life and not just read about it. The more I learnt, the more reiki level 2 called out to me. As always towels will be changed with fresh ones between each client with the face hole being disinfected. Disinfecting of all surface areas including doorknobs and bench tops. There is also hand sanitizer in the room for you to use at anytime you like. If you have been overseas in the past 3 weeks, experiencing cold/flu like symptoms please stay home and look after yourself. I will happily reschedule anyone feeling unwell to a later date.
