23.01.2022 Ive always wanted to attempt a teddy bear cake , but I dont have a daughter to make one for and Jarrod doesnt want one either. So I made this really special cake for our niece Sophia Belle who turned 5 yesterday. Its not perfect and the body didnt actually turn out the way I wanted. I wasnt able to shape the arms and legs well and this bear is quite chubby. Lets just say it enjoyed being quarantined . And boy, my hands hurt from piping all the fur . 07.01.2022 Happy New Year!!! Thank you for making my cakes part of your household celebrations in 2020 and even the previous ones. Despite the pandemic restrictions, my cakes have found their way into your hearts and homes (and stomachs ). I have never baked so much since I started baking a few years ago. My Ube Macapuno and Mango Cakes took the centre stage and were 2020’s favourites. This year saw me through lots of late-night baking and decorating, backaches, smiles and even ...frustrations. But the positive feedbacks I received from all of you made them all worthwhile. I have also launched my Youtube channel in 2020, but have not uploaded a lot of video tutorials unfortunately. Thank you as well to all of you who have subscribed to my channel and hopefully I will be able to make more videos this year. Here is a short video of some of the cakes I made last year.
