To all of my lovely clients... From now on, shoes is not allowed inside our beauty room. You can just leave your shoes outside the door. As shoe stain doesn’t come off easily on the rugs. 14.01.2022 IS THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT ? I feel like In this society we are told to always think no matter what the customer is always right ... BUT ... I COMPLETELY ...DISAGREE Here is an example ... so a customer books in for a set of gel nails they were done perfectly but when your client gets home she decides she doesn’t like them anymore and messages you to complain ! So your natural reaction is to give a free set of gels or there money back ... STOP RIGHT THERE should you do this ? just to keep that one customer happy ... because they will come back to you and complain about something else in the future ! Some Clients are not worth keeping You don’t need to do business with rude people (quoted by @socialuxeuk) there are so many more potential clients who are respectful and kind @socialuxeuk posted this a few months back and I can’t agree with her more the amount of abuse my clients + me get on a daily because someone wants a REFUND or maybe SOMETHING FOR FREE and I think it’s time we start saying NO if you believe you are right stick to it girl (of course if you are in the wrong you must admit it and work in the correct way) What do you think?
