22.01.2022 Who would have a guess that the one has prompted Reflexology for more than 30 years in my home country Taiwan is an European -- a Catholic priest Father Josef Eugster. Father Josef Eugster is credited with reviving the practice of reflexology throughout Asia. Father Josef was born in Switzerland in 1940, and then during adulthood became a Catholic priest who was sent to the beautiful island of Formosa (Taiwan) by the Missionary Society of Bethlehem. He has remained on the is...land for more than 30 years and healed the sick there with his touch while at the same time carrying out his priesthood duties. When you have an opportunity visiting Taiwan, don't forget asking about Father Josef Eugster. Local people will immediately respond "Reflexology". My father happened to be one of his thousands thousands students in Reflexology course. Have a try, it is a very interesting experience in Taiwan.

20.01.2022 I had a very wonderful Sunday yesterday at Wellness Cancer Centre, Cottesloe. My Reiki Master Roger Weston organised the annual Reiki Day with 50+ Reiki practitioners attended. Apart from Reiki practice on each others, some professionals were also invited, for example, the professional counselor Gabriella De Mori sharing some techniques to deal with anxiety which I can use in my daily life; Sound therapist Paul Ford sharing Gong session which really made me so light all day; Empowerment Mentor Liliana Vanasco sharing Intuition development which inspires me to find whispers of wisdom from my inner being. It is Monday today, I feel great after the Reiki "shower" all day yesterday. Wish everyone has a great Monday as well.

03.01.2022 Good morning everyone, 10 mins deep breaths my husband practiced in bed before he fell asleep last night, and he went quiet without snoring all night. And I have a very good sleep too. I think most of you aware that I usually ask you to do deep breath while I release your tension. DEEP BREATH really help you and me work together well.
