14.01.2022 Dreaming about big chunks of recycled timber, building a home that will last for 200 years. Something with a story, personality. A space that makes you feel safe and protected.

13.01.2022 And so it begins again. We are back for some more of what life has to offer......For the first time in several years I actually had enough of a break to feel like I had a break...The problem with this is that is that once you feel that you have stopped, you must then start.....well it actually started yesterday, but the weather conspired with the NBN and we had no service for a huge chunk of yesterday. So here we go....

09.01.2022 This issue is not over yet.......I guess time will tell. Less building certifiers, 300% increase in fees to cover insurance costs.....One in ten companies already shut the doors.

08.01.2022 I picked up some off-cuts of HYNE hardwood beams from a mate of mine a while back. Took them to the guys at White Woodworks https://www.facebook.com/whitewoodworking/services and jokingly said, I wanted a table that the kids couldn't move around the room. They did an absolutely fabulous job at putting it all together into this "industrial modern" masterpiece. I can't recommend them enough for their work on this.
