17.01.2022 ROLL UP! ROLL UP! The Carnivale is coming to town! Ruff Diamonds Dog Services is extremely proud and super excited to be able to bring Ringmaster Scott & his ab...le-bodied assistant Aleisha, of Canine Connect based in Adelaide, to host their unique Canine Carnivale workshop at Pimpama, on the Gold Coast, on Sunday, November 12. The workshop will combine the fun and engagement of a trick class with the importance of obedience and rehabilitation. Canine Carnivale helps dogs and handlers achieve a better relationship ... fighting fear with fun and creating confidence with cool. You will learn tricks, lots of tricks, however you will also learn how to better control your dog, obtain and maintain better engagement and focus, better your handling and obedience skills, build dog and handler confidence, and most importantly, bring the fun back into your training and relationship. Canine Carnivale is designed for dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments. It will help address behavioural issues but is also perfect for those looking for a new and exciting way to engage with their dog and learn some pretty dang cool obedience exercises and tricks at the same time. You will need a sense of humour and the ability to be open to new and exciting ideas, we will do the rest! (Oh, and a dog of course ). You will also need a "stage" - a hard-topped suitcase would be perfect but otherwise a trampoline bed or similar will be fine too! The day will culminate in the creation of your very own Magic Show video ... which means you will be able to totally show off to all your friends and family just how cool and clever your dog really is. Cost is $150 for the day for a dog spot. Audit (watch only) spots $100. This will be the first of a two-part workshop. The second will be held early next year with the date to be announced. Email Ness at [email protected] for a registration form Check out this cool link to learn more ...

01.01.2022 I would like to thank New Zealand Working Malinois Club for hosting Ryan from Ozcorp K9 (always a treat to work with you mate) and myself. Huge thank you to Jenny and Natalie for organising everything and taking great care of us I had a great time meeting so many great people & dogs. I was very pleased to see just how involved every single person got and how interactive it was. A lot of great questions and discussions were had. There was a great wealth of knowledge among the trainers there and I felt very privileged to be able to work with you and your dogs. Thank you to everyone who attended and a shout out to the amazing trainers with dog spots that got out in front of the crowd to strut their stuff. I look forward to catching up with you all again in the future and watching your progression. NZ you were amazing
