23.01.2022 After the paint had dried, the carpets were cleaned, house was washed, yards were mowed, and mowed again, pool clean, photos taken, property styled, more photos taken, yard mowed again we launched this amazing home for auction! 25 days later, the morning was cool, the sun was bright, the coffee was hot, the auctioneer had his fancy suit and we were selling selling sold!
