23.01.2022 It honestly isnt as easy as you think. Consistency, discipline, patience and alot of balls to be able to lift some ridiculous numbers that you thought you would have never done before. Genetics dont have non of that, I was a skinny scrawny lil kid growing up who always struggled to put on weight and still do.
