Due for completion in August 2020, this 5 bedroom beachfront house, is a minimalist modern box, with sweeping views of Narrabeen beach. Having worked on projects in the Philippines for over 14 years, we are very lucky to have developed long lasting friendships..., visited stunning island destinations (Tip go to El Nido) and with our prestigious clients, designed landmark projects together. This office tower masterplan was designed as the Next Generation commercial offices, for our sustainably conscious client, who is targeting LEED Platinum certification for the development. We designed 3 distinct landscaped zones around the towers, creating an active ground plane and vibrant community space, for the enjoyment of everyone in the office precinct. After 6 months of work, we are thrilled to have completed the design and very grateful to have worked with the project team. We are very much looking forward to seeing this project built. 04.01.2022 Our Suva townhouses have achieved Planning Approval and the construction documentation is almost complete. The development consists of 8 high-end townhouses in a mix of 2 & 3 bedrooms, huddled amongst the distincitve palm trees of Suva. Construction to commence August 2020. Designed for the tropical climate of Fiji, the building is elevated from the ground to capture ocean views and the ground level carpark is clad in breeze blocks to naturally ventilate the building.
