25.01.2022 I just watched the first couple of episodes of a new ABC doco (funded by Movember) called 'Man Up'. It's really well done and looks at how masculine norms limit and harm men in Australian society. Please take a look, as these norms have a significant impact on all of us. 24.01.2022 What a year! Has been a busy one for the final year of my masters in gestalt psychotherapy. Also been busy working with both Sydney Ka Huna and with clients in Balgowlah. Also to remind you our next massage workshop is this Saturday at Qi in Freshwater. There are places available if you'd like to book.

23.01.2022 Thanks to all our participants in the Giving & Receiving massage workshop at Qi in Freshwater yesterday. It was beautiful to teach and share some of what I've learned over the years and to work with my beautiful friend and fellow therapist Amrit. We plan to do another event later in the year so stay posted!

11.01.2022 How has your 2014 been so far? Mine has involved a restful and recuperative summer. As of now though I venture into my fourth and final year in the Masters of Gestalt Psychotherapy that has been keeping me busy since 2011. The work has integrated very well with the solution focussed Hypnotherapy, and I’m happy to say that I’m still really enjoying working with people on the solution focussed level and am feeling well supported with all the knowledge and experience I’ve gain...ed with the psychotherapy training. I’m now entering my third year of working from the clinic space in Balgowlah. This space has recently become even better as Majella Hall has turned it into the fabulous Majella Hall Centre (http://www.majellahall.com.au/) for meditation and relaxation. Majella not only shares a solution focussed approach but also brings forth a lot of experience working with meditation and mindfullness. She has painted, re-carpeted and re-energised the 2 rooms beautifully. She has also graciously agreed for me to keep working in her beautiful space and to continue the work I’ve done there since 2012. Come in for a massage or hypnotherapy session (or a combo) or come along to one of Majella’s meditation classes and check it out for yourself!

03.01.2022 Skye Lifestyle's yoga retreat at Q Station was bigger than ever this weekend! I massaged 6 beautiful bodies and welcomed many of them to Ka Huna for the first time.
