25.01.2022 Just bought, Darling Point I have just bought this elegant 2-bed apartment in the iconic ‘Nevada’ in Darling Point. After two years of searching for our new Sydney base, we were ready to take a break in our search for a year or so - several attempts at bidding on apartments had failed miserably. Then friends recommended Michael who took on our brief and within weeks had found an apartment for us to buy. ... There was no pressure - right up until we exchanged contracts, Michael was showing us other apartments. Michael is a highly professional agent and a good communicator - at no time did we feel as though we were being manipulated into buying something we didn’t want. It was a relief to let him negotiate with the owners through the real estate agent. The whole process was seamless. We just wish we had found Michael two years ago when we first started looking for our apartment. Should we ever need to buy another place, I just hope Michael has room in his books for us. This light-filled apartment in the very tightly held ‘Nevada’ is an excellent example of International Style Architecture. My client loves the character of the building, the beautifully refurbished interiors and full-length balcony. This apartment will be their base in Sydney for a couple of frequent travellers.

21.01.2022 Just bought! Paddington I have just bought off-market this superbly renovated 2-bed apartment in Paddington Barracks. After searching for nearly two years we decided to engage Michael to help us resolve what seemed to be an impossible list of requirements.... This he did with charm, professionalism and infinite patience and during the search showed us how to consider our brief as a whole and focus on the most important criteria. 21.01.2022 Just bought! Potts Point I have just bought this terrace in Potts Point and my client is the perfect buyer to realise its enormous potential! My property search had been a very long and unsuccessful one, it was over 11 months before I met Michael and decided a buyer’s agent may be just what I needed. ... After a thorough discussion of my parameters, price range and areas I was targeting the hunt started. It was great.
